STRATFORD, CONN
Michael J. Rogers, age 51, of Stratford, beloved husband of 33 years of Venus (Cottrell) Rogers, died peacefully at his home on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.
Mike was born in Norwalk and had worked in the transportation industry for many years prior to becoming disabled. Mike had a heart of gold and he and Venus dedicated their lives to the care of their family, especially their eldest daughter, Amber.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three loving daughters, Amber, Bianca and Autumn; and his aunt, Rose Cammarota.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 1 to 3 pm at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford.
Interment will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 12:30PM in Willowbrook Cemetery, 395 Main Street Westport.
