Obituary of Amber F. Rogers

STRATFORD, CONN Amber Faith Rogers, beloved Daughter, sister and friend, entered eternal rest January 17th, 2024 surrounded by her loving family, at New Britain Hospital. Amber Faith was born November 13th, 1984 in Norwalk, CT. She is the Daughter of Venus Rogers and the late, Michael Rogers. Amber had a heart and love like no other could ever explain, unless you were blessed with the opportunity to experience it. Amber Graduated Stratford High school, she proudly went on to work as a counselor, helping others who were also diagnosed with disabilities. She accomplished this all while pursuing a college degree at Housatonic Community College. Amber was and is the light of her family and so many other's lives. Amber loved her animals, listening to music, art, and spending time with and talking to her family and friends. Amber is survived by her life devoting Mother, Venus Rogers; Sisters, Bianca and Autumn Rogers; Grandfather, Nicola Tarzia; Aunt and Uncle, Linda and Mike Abe and boys; Uncle and Aunt, Stewart and Jerry Schloss; several cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends. She was predeceased by her beloved late husband, Michael Casey Amber is dancing, running, jumping, free of machines, with an Army of angels to accompany her. Amber was resilient, head strong, kind, funny and knew exactly who she was! Amber will be missed by so many, Until we all meet you again, Rest in Eternal Paradise, Amber Faith. Family and friends are invited to her celebration of life on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford. A prayer service will be held at 5:30 pm. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 12:30PM in Willowbrook Cemetery, 395 Main Street, Westport.
